Our offerings include classic hard apple ciders crafted in the farmhouse
tradition of southwestern England - like our Scrumpy, Somerset Cider, &
Bitter Love. New & old combine when we blend the juices of Honeycrisp
& Northern Spy Apples to produce our Lake Pepin Semi- Dry Still Cider.
And our unpastueurized cider contains no preservatives.
We currently offer our Harvest Apple wine, with more in the works.
Upcoming wines will feature apple juice bases, but also include juice from
berries - most notably blueberries, grapes, & cranberries that are
locally grown.
We take pride in our products being flavored by Wisconsin. This is more
than a theme - the honey, blueberries & grapes we will use are grown
within several miles of our orchard. The growers are extremely pleased to
supply us with their high-quality, local produce to make our wines &
ciders.
And even when honey is added to cider at the fermentation stage in order
to produce Cyser, the predominant ingredient is juice from Maiden Rock
Orchard apples.

Somerset Natural Semi-dry Hard Apple
Cider
Bold & full-bodied, this cider is
crafted in the traditional style of Somerset, England. Classic cider
apples like Kingston Black & St. Edmund's Russet give this cider
good balance. A fruity bouquet, apple & pear-like flavors, &
natural carbonation provide a complex, rich experience. 6.8% alcohol

Full-bodied, lusty flavor & a dark
brown sugar nose set this cider apart. Intense apple undertones flow
from the blended juices of Golden Russet, Kingston Black, & other

Scrumpy Natural Semi-dry Hard Cider
This classic cider is crafted in the
farmhouse tradition of southwestern England. Fresh pressed juices of
sweet, bitter, aromatic, & tart apples are blended to provide a
tantalizing parade of distinctive taste experiences. Because less of
the apple is filtered out, it is full of flavor, more robust, darker
& cloudier than most ciders. 6.8% alcohol by weight; six 12 oz.

Harvest Apple Table Wine
A natural, semi-sweet apple table wine
produced mainly from Maiden Rock Apples. These & other Wisconsin
apples are pressed into fresh juice, then fermented into a smooth
& supple wine with the complexity of Cortlands, McIntosh, Red
