Our signature offerings include classic hard apple ciders crafted in the
farmhouse tradition of southwestern England - like our Scrumpy, Somerset
Cider, & Bitter Love. New & old combine when we blend the juices of
Honeycrisp & Northern Spy Apples to produce our Lake Pepin Semi-Dry Still
Cider.
We currently offer our Harvest Apple wine,
with more in the works. Upcoming wines will feature apple juice bases, but
also include juice from berries - most notably blueberries, grapes, &
cranberries that are locally grown. All of our ciders are crafted from
fresh-pressed, unpasteurized juice, with no preservatives.
We take pride in our products being flavored by Wisconsin. This is more
than a slogan – as the berries and grapes we use are grown in Wisconsin
within a few miles of our orchard. Our growers are extremely pleased to
supply us with their high-quality, local produce to make our fine wines &
ciders. And even when honey is added to cider at the fermentation stage to
produce Cyser, the predominant ingredient is juice from Maiden Rock
Apples.
